WHAT’S UNDER YOUR SINK?
Under your kitchen sink may be acid or alkaline, bleaches and alcohol-based agents. Some products may contain oily components that can also contribute to staining, color loss, or damage.
If your fabrics or clothes contact one of these products you may see a faint staining or what looks like a water ring. In some cases, immediate discoloration may occur. Others may not show up until after washing, or Dry-Cleaning.
To prevent damage, clean kitchen linens, clothing, or other fabrics as soon as possible. The longer the product remains in the fabric, the greater the chances that color loss – or even holes – will develop.
